Junior to Advanced classes
Jazz (junior to advanced)
This energetic dance style utilizes a dancer’s personal style and shows off technical ability. During the camp the dancers, based on their level, will be involved in a warm up, multiple combinations across the floor and will learn a short piece of jazz choreography.
Modern (junior to advanced)
This is an abstract style that reflects the limitations of classical ballet. The students will learn that this style is literally a theme interpretation expressed through inner emotion and freedom of movement. The classes will involve a warm up, improvisation and a few combinations. Dancers should expect something weird, abnormal and completely uncomfortable!!!
Lyrical (junior to advanced)
A personal favorite of all the teachers!! This style is an amazing way for dancers to express the lyrics of a song and show off their technique. Like in Jazz, the dancers will do a warm up, across the floor work and learn at least one combo. Lyrical dancing is a beautiful style and is usually a favorite among all dancers who love to express themselves through song and movement.
Musical Theatre (junior to advanced)
For the young dancers, this class will focus on theatrics, characterization, and story-telling. For our more experienced dancers, learn acting for dancers, singing techniques, and Broadway style choreography. Learn how to apply these techniques into your future musical theatre performances and auditions!!
