Affinity After Dark

Your technique era isn’t over — it just might need a little dusting off.

This class is designed for former competitive dancers who want to rebuild their strength, flexibility, technique, and confidence while getting back into the movement they love — at their own pace.

We’ll start with 30 minutes of deep stretching and technique training, including centre work, across-the-floor exercises, and foundational training to help you reconnect with your body and sharpen those skills.

Then, we’ll put it all into practice with a Jazz or Contemporary combo, giving you the chance to work on musicality, performance, texture, and movement quality without the pressure of a traditional competition environment.

Whether you’ve been dancing consistently or haven’t taken a class in years, this is a space to rebuild, reconnect, and remember what your body can do.

Come stretch it out, get your technique back, and dance for the love of it!

Stretch/Tech/Combo

The cost is $22 per drop-in. We will be selling a 5-class punch card for $100. Registration will be done on Studio Pro and must be completed before class. The punch card is available on Studio Pro.
